Having two state of the art wire drawing facilities, we have pioneered fine wire drawing for the bedding and seating industry. Others claim to use fine wire, but most struggle to draw diameters below 1mm without heat treatment.

The wire is cast and helix free and has virtually no back tension. It is also arrow straight so improves finish product consistency, reduces downtime and change over times.

Range of wire available from 1.9mm down to 0.7mm.
